The Diary of Anne Frank was a dramatization of the book Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl, the personal account of a teenage Jewish girl in hiding with her family in Nazi-occupied Amsterdam. The play first opened in Boston in October 1997. Anne Frank was Natalie's Broadway debut. She starred in the play from October 1997 until May 1998 doing over 200 performances.
